Shipping: UK Orders
All UK orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days by the Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery. To get an estimate of the shipping cost, add the items you wish to purchase to your basket and then click the cart icon to view your basket contents. Input your delivery information into the “Calculate shipping” box on the bottom left of the page and click “Update totals” to see the cost.

Shipping: International Orders
At present, because of the virus, we are asking all international customers to email us a screenshot of their basket or send us a list of desired products along with which country it needs to be sent to. Generally, all international orders are being dispatched by the Royal Mail International Tracked service, however, the above allows us to see if a more suitable alternative is available as we have found that delivery services and prices are fluctuating on an almost daily basis. Please also allow up to one month for delivery of overseas orders, as delivery times can be unpredictable in the current climate.

For the avoidance of doubt, in all cases where the customer has given instructions for the order to be left by the mail service on an unsigned for and unattended basis, delivery shall be considered successful and complete when the carriers follow out these instructions. Subsequent loss or damage to the order or any part thereof is not the responsibility of the carrier or Immaculate Confections Ltd. The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the designated delivery address is “safe”, including (but not limited to) that it is secure from possible theft, damage by domestic or wild animals, or ingress of water.

Returns Policy
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, you can return your order by post within 30 days of the purchase date.
Any returned items must reach us in “new/unused” condition and with all original packaging present.

This does not apply to food/edible items, nor online classes.

In the unlikely event that your items are damaged during transit, you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange. You must notify us within 7 working days of delivery.

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any third parties.

Colours
Colours shown on the web site are representative only and Immaculate Confections Ltd offers no guarantee of precise colour match, due to the limitations of photography and conditions out of Immaculate Confections Ltd control such as reproduction of images on the customer’s PC or device. In particular, the colours/shades of paste colourings, and dust colourings, are not guaranteed due to the effect the environment, temperature and humidity have on such products.

Dimensions, Weights & Volumes

All dimensions, weights and volumes stated are approximate and are as accurate as required by UK and EU legislation. Immaculate Confections Ltd advises customers to allow a small variation in dimension / weight / volume when ordering as suggested by common usage and sense.

Online Classes

Immaculate Confections are not responsible for the success or failure of your business or any projects in relation to any information or content provided by our company. The information, posts and content are provided for entertainment, information and educational purposes only, without responsibility and on the understanding that we shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever, howsoever caused and releasing us from ANY and ALL liability for any type of losses or damages (monetary or otherwise) that you or any third party may incur from your use of our services, website, or live streams including but not limited to Facebook, and Instagram.

Purchase of an Immaculate Confections Ltd online class and subsequent acceptance into the affiliated Facebook group will not be refundable.

If you opt for a payment plan but cancel prior to completing your payments then all access to lessons past and future will be removed. You will no longer be able to access your account on any of the teaching platforms or the Facebook group. Payments plans will be processed using STRIPE as the payment processor. After the initial payment further payments will be taken automatically until the final instalment has been paid. By paying the first instalment of the plan you accept that payments will be taken automatically for the period of our agreement. No refunds will be given under any circumstance if you fail to complete your payments in a timely manner and all access to lessons and the associated Facebook group will be revoked immediately without warning

All videos and supporting documents for any class are the intellectual property of Immaculate Confections Ltd, and must not be represented in any other way. The designs within any classes must not be provided to any third party or used to teach other people unless express permission is given by Immaculate Confections Ltd.
