What Equipment will you need?

We like to keep things simple and try not to swamp you with big long equipment lists – Natalie is always a fan of using and adapting what you’ve got! All our classes require basic kit, such as a work board, rolling pin, petal pad, ball tools and modelling tools. Below is the specialist kit required and you will get access to the full equipment list when you purchase the class.

Sugar Lilies: Specialist Equipment
• Stargazer Lily Cutters, or you can also use either of our Multi-Use Petals & Leaves Sets
• Arum Lily Cutters
• Veining Stick
• Long Yellow Stamens

You will also need some 28g & 26g white wire, some 26g & 24g dark green wire, and some Dark Green, Mint Green, and Nile Green floral tape. Please see equipment list for full info once you have purchased the class.

Got a question?

I'm quite new to making cakes and sugar flowers - can I still do the class?

Yes, absolutely! All our classes are designed to guide you through the process and help you learn the skills you need to create beautiful cakes and sugar flowers. Natalie will always be available and on hand to help you out should you need it.

How do I access the class?

The Flower Club classes will be accessed right here, on our website. You can login by clicking HERE, or follow the links at the bottom of each page or via the ‘Learn’ tab in the menu at the top.

How do I join the Facebook group for additional support?

Check your emails – we’ll have sent you a link to request to join our exclusive student group. Please do answer the questions, especially about letting us know the name you used to book the class as this is how we can identify you!
The more you put into the group, chat with everyone, share your work and ask questions, the more you’ll get out of it. Together we can connect and build that all important community of support and assistance, should you need it. You’ll benefit from the questions already asked beforehand and you’ll always be able to ask your own questions too.

Are there class notes available?

Yes there are. Each class has step-by-step pdf instructions which you can download and print off, as well as an equipment list. These documents will be found with in the class area for each each flower. You can login by clicking HERE, or follow the links at the bottom of each page or via the ‘Learn’ tab in the menu at the top.

What if I can't make the live date, or if I missed it?

That’s no problem at all! We always stream our classes live in the first instance, but everything will be available to watch whenever, and however many times you like afterwards. All video lessons within the class will be found on the class pages once you’re logged in. You can login by clicking HERE, or follow the links at the bottom of each page or via the ‘Learn’ tab in the menu at the top.
