In this video class you’ll learn how to create this gorgeous Christmas Cake design, featuring traditional Christmas sugar flowers, all using my unique time saving methods. The class features the following flowers, berries and foliage:

• Poinsettia Flower & Leaves

• Holly

• Berries

• Pine Sprigs

• Little Pine Cones

• Learn to use colour and petal dusts to enhance your sugar flowers and add depth and realism.

The final unit is the all important use and arranging: we will arrange our flowers and foliage to create this stunning traditional inspired cake design.
• Please Note, while the class does include all the instruction you need to create this design, it does not include cake covering.

What Equipment will you need?

We like to keep things simple and try not to swamp you with big long equipment lists – Natalie is always a fan of using and adapting what you’ve got! All our classes require basic kit, such as a work board, rolling pin, petal pad, ball tools and modelling tools. Below is the specialist kit required and we will of course send you a full equipment list when you purchase the class.

Traditional Christmas Flowers Cake: Specialist Equipment
• Poinsettia Cutters
• Tiny Stamens
• Wires used: 26g Brown, 28g White, 26g Green & 26g White
• You will also need a range of circle cutters, ranging in size from approx. 1cm to 3cm: the specifics aren’t important, so use what you’ve got!
